Structural Concepts, Inc. is a structural engineering consulting firm located in

Winchester, Virginia.  Started in 1988, our firm provides structural design services for

new buildings, structural investigations of existing buildings and evaluations of

structural issues.  Our range of expertise varies greatly from small residential

investigations to the design of multi-million dollar commercial projects.  Our firm

works with architects, developers, contractors and building owners.  We pride

ourselves on providing excellent customer service, effective designs and thorough

contruction documents.
